Café Assistant Manager

WCC is seeking a Restaurant Manager who has a desire to work and grow with a locally owned restaurant group! With unique ambiance & unparalleled local menu our cafe is one of a kind! WCC Cafe is located inside the Carolina Hurricanes Practice arena! We are a fast causal concept serving amazing youth, college and professional sports teams.

*Management experience is a plus. We are searching for the right candidate to work alongside our current management team that oversees the operations and performance.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities include:

• Be a leader in the assigned property as well as lead the corresponding kitchen staff, front of the house staff and hourly supervisors to ensure the venue is safe for employees and customers.

• Report regularly to the location's General Manager regarding employee evaluations and staff morale.

• Along with the other managers you will be responsible for pre-opening, on-going training, closing operations and supervision of all restaurant staff.

• Encourage employees to be empowered and provide input and ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
