Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and responding to customer inquiries with a friendly attitude.
• Support bartending duties as required, including serving beverages and managing the bar area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas.
• Help with catering services during events or special occasions, ensuring all food is presented attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Experience in food preparation and catering is advantageous.
• Bartending skills would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary.
