Job Description

The French Press is seeking a friendly and dependable Cafe Associate to provide excellent customer service and support daily café operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages
• Operate the POS system and process payments
• Assist customers with menu and beverage questions
• Maintain a clean and organized café area
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support the team during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous café, barista, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
