Café Associate – Now Hiring

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Café Associate to join our team!

No barista/Kitchen experience is required — we are happy to train the right person. What matters most to us is finding someone who enjoys working with people, learns quickly, communicates well, and can stay organized in a busy café environment.

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate should:

● Be available to work mornings during the week.

● Be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with many different customers throughout the day

● Speak clearly and communicate well with customers and coworkers

● Work well as part of a team

● Be able to remember drinks, orders, regular customers, and café procedures

● Be a strong multitasker who can stay organized during busy periods

● Be a fast learner and willing to learn beverage preparation

● Be dependable, punctual, and ready to work

● Have strong attention to detail

● Be comfortable using a POS/register and handling customer transactions

● Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Responsibilities

● Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service

● Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

● Learn to prepare coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, teas, specialty beverages, and other café drinks

● Assist with light food preparation and serving

● Process customer transactions using our POS system

● Restock cups, ingredients, supplies, and other café essentials

● Keep counters, equipment, workstations, and customer areas clean

● Follow proper food handling and food safety procedures

● Help teammates during busy periods and be willing to jump in wherever needed

● Learn our menu, recipes, products, and regular customers

Experience

Previous café, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but it is not required.

We will train the right candidate. We’re more interested in finding someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, good memory, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

Hourly pay + tips
