We are looking for 2-3 motivated, full-time team members (35+ hours/week) to join our crew. If you are a forward-thinker who loves solving problems and thrives in a team environment, we want to hear from you!

**What you’ll be doing:**

* **Delivering Excellence:** Providing top-tier, welcoming customer service to every guest.

* **Mastering the Craft:** Learning the ins and outs of being a professional barista (we will start training but expect and encourage personal growth in the barista craft).

* **Keeping it Fresh:** Maintaining our high standards for cleanliness and organization.

* **Making Memories:** Helping us run daily tasks and special events.

**Who you are:**

* Prior barista experience.

* Eager to learn and grow with us.

* A natural problem-solver who takes initiative.

* A team player.

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
