To craft high-quality coffee and innovative non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare Drinks: Prepare coffee, mix creative mocktails according to café recipes.
• Prep Ingredients: Juice citrus, brew custom syrups, grind coffee, and chop fresh garnishes daily.
• Manage Stock: Track coffee raw materials, milk, fruit, sodas, herbs, and ice levels to prevent shortages.
• Maintain Hygiene: Deep-clean machines, grinders, blenders, shakers, counters, and glassware.
• Control Quality: Ensure precise taste consistency, proper milk texture, and appealing drink presentation.

Key Skills Required

• Speed: Ability to multitask and work fast during heavy work hours and rushes.
• Precision: Accuracy in coffee doses, measuring liquids, and following exact recipes.
• Creativity: Basic understanding of flavor profiles and visual presentation/layering of drinks.
• Organization: Keeping tools, coffee stations, and perishable ingredients neatly arranged and labeled.
