Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to the café’s standards.
• Plan and organize daily meal preparation.
• Maintain proper food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure the kitchen and cooking equipment are kept clean and organized.
• Monitor food supplies and minimize wastage.
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and organized.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Must be punctual and committed to the work schedule.
