About the Role:

• Hours: Minimum 16 hours weekly (includes Saturdays)
• Pay: Competitive rate above national minimum wage
• Status: Permanent position
• Location: Shrewsbury town centre

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our busy café team. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience in fresh food preparation
• Excellent customer service skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook delicious fresh food using fresh ingredients
• Baking and cooking of foods from scratch includes soups, scones, quiches and traybakes
• Serve customers with a warm, friendly approach
• Help maintain our high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that our customers love
