Cafe on the Southern End of the Gold Coast at Coolangatta is looking for versatile Cook/Allrounder

• Kitchen /Cooking/Cafe, experience

Responsibilities:

• Principal duties will include hands-on food preparation and cooking for service delivery
• Ensuring quick, efficient and polite service is delivered at all times.
• Ensuring Food quality and presentation is kept at a high standard according to premium product charter.
• Communicating with customers and team members to ensure service is reaching optimum levels
• Assisting in all areas of the cafe as required
• Ensure that food safety regulations and food handling is of the highest standard in accordance with the standards

Essential Key Selection Criteria

• Experience in food preparation and cooking with customer service experience
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
• Availability to work around peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
• A polite, engaging personality.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
