Job Summary

Cosmic Kitchen is seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Cafe Coordinator to help coordinate daily cafe operations and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cafe operations and service activities
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with seating, reservations, and dining service coordination
• Communicate guest needs with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Answer customer questions and respond to service requests
• Coordinate orders and service activities during busy periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe area
• Support cafe team members with daily operational tasks
• Monitor cafe supplies and assist with restocking as needed
• Follow cafe safety, sanitation, and service standards

Requirements

• Previous Cafe Coordinator, Host, Server, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cafe safety, sanitation, and service standards
