Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and friendly Cafe Crew members to join our dynamic team! As part of our café staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage and food service experiences. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage stations, and seating areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Assist customers with menu inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive experience for every guest
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skills
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth café operations during shifts
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and beverage assembly

Requirements

• Previous café or food service experience is preferred; barista experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active communication abilities
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently with basic math skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and maintain energy throughout shifts
