Café General Manager

looking for an experienced Café General Manager to lead our operations and help shape the next stage of our growth.

We are looking for someone who understands more than day-to-day café management. The right person will understand our concept as a community café, have a clear vision for how to develop it, and turn ideas into practical plans and measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across our café locations, maintaining strong standards in service, food quality, and customer experience.
• Lead, train, and develop managers and team members.
• Review sales, costs, margins, and other financial reports, and take action to improve performance.
• Prepare budgets, business plans, and strategies for growth.
• Identify opportunities for new locations, catering, partnerships, and events.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and relevant contacts in the hospitality industry.
• Improve systems and processes while preserving the TEC concept and customer experience.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in café and restaurant management, including experience leading teams and managing more than one area of the business.
• Strong understanding of café operations, financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, and business planning.
• Ability to develop a strategy and execute it.
• A strong network and knowledge of Qatar’s hospitality market.
• Good judgment, ownership, and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Genuine interest in hospitality, specialty coffee, and concept-led businesses.
