Café & Juice Bar Operations

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the café and juice bar
• Prepare and serve juices, smoothies, coffee, drinks and other menu items
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation and service standards
• Help develop and improve the menu based on customer demand
• Ensure the outlet is properly prepared before opening and maintained throughout the day
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Operate the POS system and handle customer payments
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming café environment
• Ensure all equipment is properly used, cleaned and maintained

Customer Experience

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and efficient service
• Explain menu items and recommend products based on customer preferences
• Build relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits
• Handle customer feedback and resolve simple service issues
• Help create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for players and visitors

Stock & Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels of ingredients, beverages, packaging and other supplies
• Place or coordinate orders with suppliers when required
• Minimise wastage and manage stock rotation
• Maintain appropriate storage and hygiene standards
• Conduct regular stock checks
• Monitor product costs and help maintain appropriate margins

Menu & Business Development

• Help develop a menu suited to a sports and wellness environment
• Contribute ideas for healthy drinks, smoothies, juices, coffee and simple food options
• Help develop promotions, bundles and offers for players and regular customers
• Work with the wider venue team on packages connected to padel, pickleball, yoga, wellness and events
• Monitor which products sell well and recommend changes based on customer demand
• Support efforts to grow sales and increase repeat business

Team Leadership

• Help recruit and train additional café staff as the business grows
• Maintain service, hygiene and product standards across the team
• Coordinate staff schedules and shift coverage
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Help establish operating procedures and service standards for the outlet

Customer Service & Venue Support

• Support the resident front desk / customer service team when required
• Welcome players and visitors and assist with general enquiries
• Help customers with basic bookings and venue information
• Provide information about activities and services available within the venue
• Assist with phone, LINE, WhatsApp or in-person enquiries during busy periods
• Help resolve simple customer issues or direct them to the appropriate team member
• Support general venue operations during peak periods, events and staff breaks
• Help maintain a friendly, organised and welcoming environment across the venue

Requirements

• Previous experience working in or operating a café, juice bar, coffee shop or similar F&B business
• Experience preparing drinks such as juices, smoothies and coffee
• Strong customer service skills
• Good understanding of food hygiene, cleanliness and safe operating practices
• Comfortable handling POS systems, payments and basic cash management
• Experience with stock control and supplier coordination
• Friendly, energetic and service-minded personality
• Reliable, punctual and organised
• Able to take ownership of a small F&B outlet
• Commercial mindset and interest in growing the business
• Experience supervising or training staff would be an advantage
• Thai language required; conversational English would be a strong advantage
• Comfortable interacting with both Thai and international customers
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends according to customer demand
• Experience in cafés, juice bars, hotels, fitness centres or lifestyle venues would be an advantage
