Tandem Bagel is looking to expand our family of staff members! Here at Tandem, we hold two things to the highest standard: providing delicious, high-quality food and drinks and creating an exceptional front of house experience for our guests.

WHAT

This is a front of house, guest facing role. You will be cross trained through all positions. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Helping the management team with overseeing the cafe floor.
• Opening and closing the cafe.
• Building sandwiches, salads, & other cafe offerings
• Food prep & food safety
• Barista & coffee knowledge
• POS & register
• Guest interactions
• General cleaning

• Pay is $16 per hour plus tips, which can bump the hourly rate to $20+ per hour.

This is a full-time Lead position weekends and weekday availability is needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.50 per hour
