We are hiring across multiple levels for our Bangalore Unit:

F&B Trainee | F&B Associate | F&B Supervisor | Assistant Cafe Manager | Cafe Manager

Location: Bangalore, Banashankari II.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our F&B team and be part of creating exceptional guest experiences while delivering consistent service, quality and operational excellence. Depending on the role, you will be responsible for guest service, cafe operations, team coordination, sales, quality, inventory and adherence to SOPs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver warm, attentive and efficient service to every guest.
• Understand menu offerings and confidently communicate food, coffee and beverage information.
• Maintain service standards, table readiness, cleanliness and overall cafe ambience.
• Address guest queries and concerns professionally and escalate issues appropriately.

Cafe Operations

• Support opening, shift and closing activities as per role requirements.
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, hygiene, grooming and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment readiness and availability of menu items.
• Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen and management teams.

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Support daily briefings, task allocation and shift coordination.
• Assist in training, coaching and performance development of team members.
• Supervisory and managerial roles will be responsible for team deployment, attendance, grooming, recruitment and performance management.

Sales & Cash Management

• Ensure accurate POS billing, cash handling and shift closures.
• Support achievement of sales and service targets.
• Managerial roles will monitor sales performance, cash reconciliation and operational reports.

Inventory & Quality

• Monitor stock availability, wastage and product quality.
• Follow FIFO and inventory control practices.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Report shortages, quality concerns, equipment issues and wastage to the appropriate supervisor/manager.

Training & Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of food, coffee, beverages, desserts, pricing and menu descriptions.
• Participate in product training, assessments and menu knowledge sessions.
• Supervisory and managerial roles will be responsible for conducting/coordinating team training and assessments.

Safety, Maintenance & Compliance

• Follow all health, safety, hygiene and emergency procedures.
• Report maintenance, equipment and utility issues promptly.
• Ensure daily cleaning and periodic deep-cleaning activities are completed.
• Support operational audits and corrective actions.

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and management.
• Complete shift handovers and required operational records.
• Supervisory and managerial roles will maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and coordinate with Area/Head Office teams.

ROLE-WISE RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL

F&B Trainee

Learn cafe operations, service standards, menu knowledge, hygiene and guest handling under supervision.

F&B Associate

Execute day-to-day guest service, order taking, service operations, cleanliness and SOPs independently.

F&B Supervisor

Lead shifts, coordinate team deployment, monitor service standards, guest experience, SOP compliance and daily operations.

Assistant Cafe Manager

Support end-to-end cafe operations, team management, sales, inventory, training, guest experience and compliance.

Cafe Manager

Own end-to-end cafe operations, team leadership, sales, guest experience, recruitment, training, inventory, quality, financial discipline, audits and operational excellence.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• F&B Trainee: Freshers/candidates 0-1 year pursuing or holding a qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management or F&B.
• F&B Associate: 1-2 years of relevant experience in cafe's, restaurants, QSRs or hospitality. Freshers with the right attitude may also be considered.
• F&B Supervisor: 2-4 years of relevant experience in cafe, restaurant or hospitality operations, with prior team-handling exposure.
• Assistant Cafe Manager: 3-6 years of relevant F&B/hospitality experience, including experience in supervising teams and managing outlet operations.
• Cafe Manager: 5-8 years of relevant F&B/hospitality experience, including strong experience in end-to-end cafe/restaurant operations and team leadership.

Education: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred, depending on the role.
