Café Manager – Mr Sandwich | The Deck

150 St Georges Terrace, Perth CBD

$75,000–$85,000 + monthly bonus

Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pm | 38–40 hours

Mr Sandwich The Deck is looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team.

We are a very busy, fast-paced café, doing 300+ sales a day as well as a growing outside catering business. This is a hands-on role and we need someone who is comfortable working under pressure and keeping a team organised during busy service.

You will need:

• Proven café management experience

• Outstanding understanding of coffee and highly competent making coffee

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience in food production and ordering

• Strong organisation and time management

• Ability to lead, train and manage a team

• Reliable, punctual and able to work well under pressure

• A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality

Experienced applicants only – this is a full-on, high-volume café.

No weekends or public holidays

2-week Christmas/New Year closure
