We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations of our cafe. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and provide training to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
• Enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the establishment
• Lead by example in hospitality, serving customers when necessary and fostering a positive team environment
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and increase customer engagement

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles
• Strong leadership and supervising experience with the ability to motivate staff
• Expertise in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
• Barista experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with coffee brewing is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors
• Creative problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges promptly
