Cafe Manager

Monti Holladay is looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a dependable leader who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive and efficient café environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and motivate team members
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
• Manage inventory and communicate supply needs
• Handle cash, transactions, and daily closing procedures
• Help maintain company standards and policies
• Monitor sales and labor costs
• Support hiring and training of new employees
• Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous café, restaurant, or food-service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends
• Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain one
