Cafe Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and energetic Cafe & Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe and bakery section. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in the F&B industry, demonstrating strong leadership to manage staff, maintain high quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day cafe and bakery operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.
• Bakery Management: Supervise the bakery section, monitor product quality, fresh inventory display, and stock levels.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and lead cafe and kitchen staff to build a strong, productive team culture.
• Customer Service: Ensure top-tier service standards, resolve customer concerns promptly, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Quality & Hygiene: Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards across all sections.
• Inventory & Sales: Manage stock orders, control wastage, track daily sales, and handle POS/billing systems.
• Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of both cafe and bakery operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
