Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements

• Be hands-on during service periods to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience

• Drive sales, profitability, labor productivity and operating cost performance

• Manage manpower planning, scheduling and team productivity

• Operate and understand fully automatic coffee machines and grinders, including basic troubleshooting and calibration

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime

• Coach and develop the café team, building a positive and high-performing work culture

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements 3 years of experience in café, coffeehouse or F&B operations

• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
• Good understanding of café operations and commercial performance
• Basic knowledge of coffee machines, grinders and equipment troubleshooting
• Positive, energetic and hands-on approach
• Barista skills and latte art are not required as the café operates fully automatic coffee equipment
