Cafe Manager – BAKE’D Punchbowl

Full-Time | Punchbowl, NSW

BAKE’D Sydney is looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Manager to lead our busy Punchbowl location.

We are seeking a strong hospitality leader who can manage day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team and maintain excellent standards across customer service, coffee and overall café operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
• Lead, train and motivate the FOH team
• Prepare and manage staff rosters and labour costs
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Oversee coffee quality and barista standards
• Manage stock, ordering, wastage and inventory
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and company procedures are followed
• Manage customer feedback professionally
• Monitor sales, labour and operational performance
• Support the business in achieving sales and profitability targets

About You

• Previous experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Barista and specialty coffee experience highly regarded
• Confident managing a high-volume breakfast and lunch operation
• Strong understanding of rostering, labour costs and stock control
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised, reliable and hands-on
• Available to work weekends and public holidays
