Cafe Manager

Job Title: Café Manager – Bandra Outlet, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced, energetic Café Manager to lead daily operations at our Bandra outlet. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys building high-performing teams, and can consistently deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end café operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the café team
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Manage inventory, vendor coordination, stock ordering, and wastage control
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and expense controls
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, health, and operational standards
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Drive outlet sales through upselling, local promotions, and team performance
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management
• Maintain a welcoming, well-organised café environment aligned with the brand

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong knowledge of café or food-and-beverage operations
• Proven ability to manage and train a team
• Good communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, billing, cash reconciliation, and inventory management
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A hands-on, responsible, and positive attitude
