Café Manager

Lucky Tree Café is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee daily café operations and support the team in delivering excellent service. This role helps coordinate staff, maintain efficient service, monitor café standards, and create a welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to stay organized in a busy café setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and service activities
• Lead, support, and coordinate café team members throughout each shift
• Assign tasks and help maintain an efficient workflow
• Monitor customer service, order accuracy, and overall café standards
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching
• Address routine customer questions and service concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and restocking needs
• Help maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
• Support point-of-sale and cash-handling procedures
• Coordinate communication between team members during busy periods
• Ensure food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures are followed
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Communicate operational needs and issues to café leadership

Qualifications

• Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience
• Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Reliable, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory, or café operations is helpful
• Ability to work effectively with and support a team

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
