Café Manager

Yeems Coffee is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee daily coffee shop operations and support the café team. This role helps coordinate staff, maintain service standards, monitor daily workflow, and ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and service activities
• Lead, support, and coordinate café team members during shifts
• Assign daily tasks and help maintain an efficient workflow
• Monitor customer service, order accuracy, and beverage quality
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching
• Respond professionally to customer questions and service concerns
• Monitor café supplies, inventory, and restocking needs
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented service areas
• Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures
• Communicate operational needs and updates with the café team
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Ensure food-safety, sanitation, and workplace standards are followed

Qualifications

• Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Reliable, responsible, and able to manage daily priorities
• Comfortable working in a busy café environment
• Strong attention to detail and service quality
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory, and café operations is helpful
• Ability to work effectively with a team and support employees

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
