Job Summary

Cypress Garden Coffee is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee daily café operations. This position leads the café team, supports excellent customer service, manages inventory and supplies, maintains quality standards, and helps ensure an efficient and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and service activities.
• Lead, train, and support café team members.
• Create a welcoming and professional customer experience.
• Prepare or oversee preparation of coffee, beverages, and food items.
• Monitor product quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, supplies, ordering, and stock levels.
• Operate and oversee POS and cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with scheduling and daily staffing needs.
• Address customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs and performance updates to management.

Requirements

• Previous café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of café operations, POS systems, and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to train and motivate team members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
