Café Manager

Café Couleur Banh mì is seeking a dependable and organized Café Manager to oversee daily café operations and support the service team. This role involves coordinating staff, maintaining customer-service standards, monitoring supplies, supporting food and beverage service, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and front-of-house activities
• Coordinate staff assignments and workflow throughout each shift
• Support café team members with customer service and daily tasks
• Monitor order accuracy, food and beverage quality, and service standards
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching of team members
• Respond to customer questions and routine service concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and restocking needs
• Assist with ordering and receiving café supplies when needed
• Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures
• Communicate staffing, supply, and operational needs to management

Qualifications

• Previous café, restaurant, food-service, hospitality, or retail experience
• Previous supervisory, team-lead, or management experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy service periods
• Good judgment and attention to operational details
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory, and café operations is helpful
• Ability to train, support, and work effectively with team members
