Cafe Manager

Are you passionate about specialty coffee, beautiful food made from Australian sourced ingredients and skilled in managing a fast paced café environment? The Bread Social is seeking a talented Café Manager to manage our new location, lead our team, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers in a Part Time or Full Time Capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations of the café, including staff management and customer service
• Ensuring high standards of quality in food and beverage preparation
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
• Creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development

Requirements:

• Experience in café or hospitality management, with a focus on specialty coffee
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
