Rob Role:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Café & Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the café and restaurant.
• Supervise, train, and motivate service, kitchen, and support staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Control inventory, stock ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
