Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, controlling costs and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the café.

• Supervise and manage café staff, including chefs, service staff and support staff.

• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift allocations.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

• Monitor daily sales, cash handling and billing operations.

• Achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.

• Manage inventory, stock levels and daily stock requirements.

• Control food costs, wastage and operational expenses.

• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of supplies.

• Maintain café cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.

• Conduct staff training and performance monitoring.

• Maintain daily reports related to sales, stock, wastage and staff attendance.

• Support promotional activities and help increase customer footfall and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR or similar food & beverage operations.

• Previous experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager preferred.

• Strong team-management and leadership skills.

• Good knowledge of café operations, customer service and inventory management.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle busy operations and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of sales, cost control and staff management.

• Should be customer-focused, responsible and hands-on.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
