Cafe Manager

We're looking for a new manager to lead District Cafe. If you're a talented barista looking for a role you can shape and have the drive to project manage a new, expanding cafe we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Day to day running of District Cafe

• Making coffee & food

• Designing and updating a local, seasonal menu

• Managing a team of two

• Events planning

• Financial record keeping and stock management

Employment package:

• 29k base salary, with annual reviews (full time staff have seen above inflation pay rises each year so far).

• Gym membership at Peak Power Gym and heavily discounted spa membership.

• Training courses for professional development, we've had staff complete management, catering and baking courses funded by the cafe.

We're looking for someone to come help District be the best. This isn't a stop gap job, we're looking for someone to bring their passion and vision for hospitality.
