Job Title: Café Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, strong team performance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and motivate café team members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Control inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Basic understanding of sales, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
