Cafe Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the cafe to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage, supervise, and guide cafe staff to maintain good service standards.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and arrange shifts according to operational needs.
• Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, customer service, and overall cleanliness.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Train new staff and ensure team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Report operational issues and performance updates to management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or F&B operations is preferred.
• Candidates with supervisory or management experience will have an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules when required.
• Able to handle daily cafe operations, including stock control and staff scheduling.
• Hands-on and willing to assist with daily operations when necessary.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
