Role Overview

The Cafe Manager oversees daily operations, leads the team, enforces standards, and ensures the cafe runs smoothly at all times. This role requires a hands-on, structured leader who can maintain discipline while fostering a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cafe operations from opening to closing
• Implement and enforce SOPs and operational systems
• Lead, supervise, and hold staff accountable to company standards
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all areas
• Oversee inventory, food cost, waste, and supplies
• Ensure consistent service quality and guest experience
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to the owner

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Firm, fair, and consistent in enforcing rules
• Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
