What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and support the café team through each shift
• Set a welcoming tone for guests and handle concerns with care and confidence
• Keep service organized, efficient, and consistent during busy periods
• Manage scheduling, training, ordering processes, and inventory control
• Maintain high standards for food, beverages, cleanliness, and food safety
• Share ideas that improve the guest experience and help the café grow

What you bring:

• Experience supervising or managing a café, restaurant, or hospitality team
• Strong communication and people skills
• A calm, hands-on approach when things get busy
• A passion for coffee, food, and memorable service
• Confidence training staff, solving problems, and keeping a team motivated
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
