Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Skytab POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments via POS systems and handling cash transactions securely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Sky tab POS is a plus
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, wine, spirits, and drink presentation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent guest relations
• Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential
• Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty
