Cafe Service Crew

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cafe Service Crew to join our dynamic team for our new Cafe.

As a Cafe Service Crew, you will play an essential role in delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, preparing quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.

·        Take and process orders accurately at the counter or table.

·        Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items.

·        Ensure tables, counters, and cafe areas are kept clean and tidy.

·        Assist with stock replenishment and cafe upkeep.

·        Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer inquiries.

·        Follow food safety, hygiene, and café service standards.

·      Work as a team to support smooth café operations.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in F&B industry.

·        Food Handling Certification (preferred).

·        Able to on weekends and shifts work.

·       Positive mindset and able to provide excellent customers service
