What you'll do

As the Café Shift Supervisor, you support the Outlet Supervisor in managing day-to-day outlet operations, from sales and inventory control to team performance and customer service. You help ensure smooth shift execution, maintain quality and safety standards, support team development, and address operational concerns to deliver consistent store performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree holder

• At least 1 years of F&B supervisory experience, preferably in café operations

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication skills
