Café Supervisor – CORA, Lucan Village

Full-Time | €33,000–€38,000 per annum

CORA is looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to join our team in Lucan Village and work closely with our Café Manager in leading the day-to-day running of our front of house.

We’re a busy daytime café serving a high-quality modern brunch menu and speciality coffee, with a kitchen team that includes chefs from Michelin-starred restaurant backgrounds. Our ambition is to bring that same attention to detail and professionalism to our front of house — while keeping the atmosphere warm, relaxed, fun and familiar.

The Role

As Café Supervisor, you’ll take a hands-on role in leading the FOH team and maintaining high standards across service, coffee and the overall customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating the FOH team during daily service
• Supporting the Café Manager with the day-to-day running of the café
• Maintaining consistently high standards of customer service
• Training and developing FOH team members
• Ensuring smooth communication between the floor, coffee station and kitchen
• Helping create a positive, energetic and enjoyable working environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hospitality experience in a busy café or restaurant
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Speciality coffee/barista experience is essential
• Strong espresso preparation and milk texturing skills
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality latte art
• Confident leading, motivating and developing a FOH team
• Genuine interest in great food, coffee and hospitality
• Personality, energy and high standards
