About the role
We are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented crew to join us.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth service at cafe operations
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures
- Attend to customers and handle feedback professionally
- Perform cashiering and daily sales reconciliation when required
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
- Assist management with other operational duties when required
About you
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently
- Able to work 7am to 3pm, weekends and Public Holidays when required
