About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable Café Supervisor to join our team in Coatbridge for an immediate start. This is a dynamic role where you will lead by example, delivering excellent service during daily operations and stepping up to run the café in the owner's absence. • Customer Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering an exceptional café experience.
• Food & Drink Preparation: Assisting with cooking and food prep to maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain Standards: Ensuring the café stays spotless by cleaning tables, washing dishes, and completing end-of-night deep cleaning.

Leadership & Management (In the Owner's Absence)

• Team Guidance: Managing on-shift staff, delegating tasks, and keeping team morale high.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels and placing precise orders with suppliers.
• Financial Duties: Managing the till, cashing up accurately at the end of the day, and handling safe drops.
• Issue Resolution: Professionally handling customer complaints and resolving any on-site operational issues swiftly.
