Cafe Supervisor

Porch Coffee is looking for a Supervisor/Manager to handle overall operations.

Job Description

• Supervising daily shift operations
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
• Sales Accounting
• Ensuring all end-of-day cash-outs are correctly completed
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Dealing with suppliers and making orders for requisitions
• Weighing, accounting, and computing costs of requisitions
• Interviewing/recruiting new employees
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Ensuring incoming staff comply with company policy
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees’ hours
• Recording payroll data
• Appraising staff performance

Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Must have at least 2 years' experience as a restaurant supervisor
• Basic Accounting Skills
• Good organizational and management skills
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Willing to work at Clark Parade Grounds, Pampanga

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
