Responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervisor day to day café operations & team
• Assist with inductions, training & coaching the café team
• Adhere to company health and safety procedures

Key Selection Criteria

• Experience supervising in a hospitality role
• Excellent leadership & communication skills and can-do attitude
• Basic Barista skills (desirable)
