Cafe Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our team at our Station Road branch in Hastings. This is a permanent position and requires full flexibility and availability.

As the Cafe Supervisor, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include supporting and guiding the team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the café remains clean, organised, and well‑presented at all times.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry. You should be confident leading a team, able to work well under pressure, and have excellent attention to detail. A friendly, outgoing approach to customer service is essential, as you will be interacting with customers throughout the day.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café or restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A positive, reliable attitude and strong leadership skills
