About the role

F&B Operations & Front-of-House Supervisor for RaKan, a fast-casual dining and micro-bakery located at The Citadel sports complex in West Jakarta. This hybrid role involves leading floor operations in an intimate ~30-cover space during peak hours while taking full ownership of back-of-house administration, purchasing, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Front-of-House Leadership: Oversee daily service flow, table turns, and customer satisfaction; lead, mentor, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with FOH and cashier/barista staff during rushes.

Inventory & Purchasing: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, handle ingredient and packaging procurement, and coordinate directly with local vendors and suppliers.

Operations & Reporting: Compile and submit daily sales summaries, cash reconciliations, waste logs, and labor/operational reports to management.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards across the dining area and counter.

About you

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on supervisory or senior floor experience in a busy cafe, restaurant, or bakery environment.

Core Skills: Strong organizational skills with proven experience in inventory control, purchasing, basic spreadsheet tracking, and POS operations.

Mindset: An energetic, proactive, and adaptable operator with a true "hands-on" attitude—comfortable switching between leading guest service and managing administrative tasks.

Availability: Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, aligned with sports complex hours.
