Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cafe staff,
• Working alongside cafe manager to ensure efficient service, high-quality food preparation, and excellent customer interactions.
• Coordinate daily tasks including food production, beverage crafting, and serving to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling of ingredients.
• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Train new team members on operational procedures, safety standards, and customer service excellence.
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts promptly, and encouraging professional growth.

Experience

• Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
• Experience with bartending or barista duties is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
• Previous experience working in hotel or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Familiarity with hospitality services such as serving guests, managing orders, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
