Cafe' Team Member and Bakery Associate

La Dolce Vita Courthouse Bakery is looking for a reliable, friendly person to join our café team part-time.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, making coffee drinks, and staying busy throughout the day. We are an established downtown Lancaster bakery with a steady customer base and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing hot and cold coffee drinks
• Taking customer orders and operating the register
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Keeping the front counter and coffee area clean and organized
• Restocking bakery and café items as needed
• Helping keep things moving during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

• Previous café, coffee shop, bakery, or food-service experience is preferred
• Experience making espresso and specialty coffee drinks is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to work well as part of a small team

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Daytime hours between approximately 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Saturday availability is especially helpful
• We are closed at the beginning of the week

Applicants selected for an interview may be asked to complete a brief hands-on skills evaluation related to the position.

Pay is based on previous experience.
