Cafe Team Member (Barista & Customer Service)

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Cafe Team Member who enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you love coffee, enjoy working with people, and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process customer orders and payments.
• Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, teas, smoothies, and other café menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the café, including the dining area, beverage station, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Wash dishes and keep workstations clean and organized.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, cups, lids, and other inventory as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when products are running low.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Work as a team to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to learn barista skills and menu knowledge.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work 4 shifts a week.
