Cafe Worker, Barista, Candy-Maker

Job Summary

The Hot Chocolate Sparrow is hiring café staff, baristas, counter/register workers, kitchen staff, cooks, and candy-makers.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Pay starts at $17 per hour, plus tips. Experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks, food, or candy depending on your assigned position
• Assist customers and process orders accurately
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food-safety and cleanliness standards
• Work cooperatively with coworkers during busy periods
• Complete opening, closing, and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Café, barista, kitchen, cooking, candy-making, or customer-service experience is a plus
