About the role

This role involves overseeing and inspecting the work performance of regional managers and store managers, providing consultation and resolving various issues. You will monitor and review branch sales figures and provide recommendations for sales forecasting. You will also examine the relationship between raw materials and sales performance, ensure appropriate workforce allocation across branches, and coordinate with other departments within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Control and inspect the work performance of regional managers and store managers
• Provide consultation and resolve various issues
• Monitor and inspect branch sales figures and provide guidance on sales forecasting
• Examine the relationship between raw materials and sales performance
• Review workforce hiring to ensure it is appropriate for each branch
• Coordinate with other departments within the company
• Set and drive sales targets (KPIs) and profit in line with business plans
• Analyze competitors and market trends to develop sales strategy plans

About you

• Age: 30 - 45 years old
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience: 6 years or more, with background in F&B business, particularly coffee shops
• 5-10 years of experience in F&B business, food and beverage, or retail business
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between provinces
• Experience in coffee shop business management, retail business, or direct business operations will be given special consideration
