Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
• Operate POS system to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning counters, equipment, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety standards.
• Dishwasher/Busser must be able to wash dishes thoroughly, communicate with kitchen staff and cafe staff when putting away dishes, and keep the cafe neat and tidy. All in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately by processing payments**,** giving change**,** and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
• Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks to support quick service during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality standards in beverage and food presentation
• Requirements
• Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy workspace consistently

Pay: $8.50 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
